Request refund for missing flight

This is regarding my trip on March 16th from Chennai (MAA) to Columbus ( CMH ) . Unfortunately me and my wife had missed the flight due to bad

health and we requested for some refund or compensation for missing flights. But when we talked to customer care we didn't get much help .

This is the main reason i am writing this email, we are completely unhappy as Qatar has deducted the whole money for missing flights. I

understand its a miss from your end but from the customer perspective, it's really disappointing to lose the entire amount.

I would kindly request Qatar to provide a considerable refund or some discount for future flights like miles,added privilage.

I sincerely hope Qatar would consider my request and provide the necessary help.
