RZQH53- Delayed then damaged baggage with missing item
 

Qatar Airways delayed my baggage by over two days and when it arrived it was damaged (locks broken despite being TSA approved) and had a missing item. I followed up through all channels but I've only been disappointed- all they keep saying is your complaint has been received and acknowledged... dragging on for 4 months now
The bag I had was not cheap, in addition to my lost item, and that was the most expensive flight I had been on because I got the tickets late which only compounded my pain. I decided to fly with them because I was experimenting after hearing so much about them. Good advertising perhaps :/

It was my first and will probably be my last time flying with qatar (in small because I am that petty). ****tiest airline ever TBH and I would warn you to stay away from them (Hint: Emirates, Lufthansa are far much better from my experience!)
