Jazeera airways flight J9177 from DXB to KWI on July 3rd 2018 has been delayed for 4:30 hrs and no notifications or reasons were given to the passengers. When asked about solutions the ground operations team has rudely refused to assist and told the passengers they could only provide a full ticket refund later on. The call centre has adviced to revert back to the ground operations staff to help with this matter as they were not able to provide any further solutions. The flight delay time has changed twice in the airport and the ground operations has disappeared from their counters in order to avoid any communications with the frustrated passengers. All passengers are sitting in the airport now with no clue of what could possibly happen next.
