it was the first time i fly by turkish airline and had very bad experience of my life. i boarded flight on 3rd dec 2018 from mumbai to ouaga . flight no TK 721. they charged me 166 $ for the extra luggage which was absolutely ridiculous thing happened to me , but the material was to important for business i payed the charges. inside flight the cabin crew was not that friendly, that was worst too. after arriving at the airport of istambul in the morning i waited for 6 hours for next flight and i could not eat because my credit card was not working and there was no ATM for cash also.
the worst experience continued till 7 pm when we boarded flight to ouagadougou, it was delayed then in flight i didnt get my meal as per my choice given on web check-in. water was not served on time. i was hungry for 8 hours. then they offered somebody else food because he didnt eat. that means i was treated like beggar. they took my boarding pass in flight and didnt return to me. after arriving at the airport the baggage didnt come. it came after 4 days after repeated mail and feedback. after it arrived the bag was damaged and can not be used more. so over all it was first i fly but turkish airline is best in europe but what they claim is not true. the bigger is the worst. turkish airline you are the worst airline i had. for the details CASE ID:2018166875 for my complaint |
