Lost luggage, customer support, the WORST
Do not fly Qatar! The check in counter staff in Munich failed to do the simplest job: tagging a suitcase correctly. When I addressed the issue, I was rudely told to mind my own business.
Well to our not-surprise, the airline lost the luggage. Customer support was very sluggish and we had to resort to twitter complaints, so the would even bother to reply. The worst part is; they offered us an 'interim compensation of 150USD for the inconveniences caused' but we had to sign a document that stated with this settlement we would sign away ALL future claims. Unbelievable! Treating their customers like garbage. I advise all to not fly Qatar Airlines. Horrible service. |
