Inappropriate treatment through PEGASUS boarding and the lost baggage

I'm raising to your kind attention the issues with PEGASUS airline which have been raised initially with the local airline office (sanadtravel) to the coordinated Airline management.
We were in touch with the related office and follow-ups since 17th Mar March 2016. The verbal response was the same during all our visits which is "We will contact you ASAP, pls. be patient" and concluded with ignorance and finally response that the issue is too old and considered as closed!!! We are forwarded the issue to your attention and asked for your support. |
