How do I file a complaint with the FAA?

I understand this is the one way to get through to this arrogant and incompetent company.

Complaints to the FAA are generally for safety and security matters.

I believe you want to complain to the Department of Transportation's Aviation Consumer Protection Division: http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/

If you want to put your complaint about an airline on record with the Department of Transportation (DOT), you can call the Aviation Consumer Protection Division at (202) 366-2220 to record your complaint. Or write:

Aviation Consumer Protection Division, C-75
U.S. Department of Transportation
400 Seventh Street, S.W.
Washington, D.C. 20590
