Frontier Airlines is probably the worst

After many years of searching, I think I have found the worst airline in the Northern hemisphere. I should simply say this: given a long distance to travel ,if you have only two options. a) to walk b) fly with Frontier. Choose the first one.
Here is why: they sent my bag to a completely different State. It is fine. They gave me a number to contact but nobody answers the phone. I don`t know how I will get back my bag.
Such of waste of time!

Can you give a bit more info? How long ago did you file the claim? Have you left any messages when you call? If you filed a claim with them, they should have taken your address for delivery.
