request for refund of penalty charge
 

This may be a duplicate
on 6/4/07 i started to make a request for a pin number to my
deltskymiles account (2025495215) and after numerous tries to contact
a person I had to file a complaint. I was finally conteced on 6/13/0 and
immediately secured tickets for my daughter and son-in-law. However
we were charged $50.00 EACH because of the 21 day required.
IF YOU HAD ADVISED ME WHEN I FIRST REQUESTED A PIN NUMBER WE
WOULD HAVBEEN ABLE TO SECURE THE TICKETS without a penalty
Therefore I am making a request for a refund of the $100.00 penalty
charge

So.... Delta has to provide you with every rule and regulation when you call in. Maybe you should have read the terms and conditions when you signed up.

Plus I hope you weren't expecting anything by this post since this site has no affliation with Delta.

you could have gone to Delta.com

Delta skymiles menu then,
manage account then,
skymiles pin then,
create PIN

and you would have got it in a minute....

It's easy as 1,2,3 little daisy....
