Have had Journey via Casablanca. At Orly, the bag did not arrive. I waited patiently. Bag reached home airport after 5 days from the day it should have been delivered to me. When the bag finally delivered, I have to go to collect it, instead of they deliver it. And the lock, flap and wheel are broken, effectively making is useless. I have registered the complaints time with the claim numbers and shared with their local office. The asked me to register the same through their portal. The answer from portal delivered after 5 weeks. They simply want to pay 50% of the cloth bought in an emergency. There is no concern for the hassle a business person would go through in lack of his bag. There was no concern for the bag their pathetic handling destroyed. Effectively you are left with no option except take it to this forum. |
