Executives at continental don't take calls or talk with customers

CONTINENTAL AIRLINES
Ms. Anne Munoz
Director, Customer Care
P.O. Box 4607, NHCCR
Houston, TX 77210-4607
I just attempted to contact this individual at continental and go the same group I have been dealing with. They are afaird to speak with customers and they certainly do not live up to their Customer first on their web site. I have Jeffrey Smisek as their president, and want the number to call his office, however I can't get it. I have tired emailing, does anyone out there have either? Thanks

????????????? What is the issue and why is this listed under Air Canada and not Continental?

Ms. Munoz is the head of the Customer Care office, which handles all customer service issues. That is what they are there for and that is where the buck normally stops. Same with all the carriers.

If you try to call Mr. Smisek directly, your call will just be transfered right back to Customer Care since it is their job to answer these types of issues.

It is not the executives jobs to take customer service calls. Common! Any idea how many people try to contact the executives everyday? I am pretty sure the Director of Customer Service is an administrator and facilitates the employees whos job is to take care of the customers. I am more than sure other large companies work like this too.
