Copa AIrlines-Refund request
 

I 1st purchased my ticket in December 2019 for travel date in August 2020 to Havana, Cuba with my infant son.However the pandemic had hit us and borders were closed so no travel could take place. Copa charged me $200 to have my ticket date rescheduled to February 10, 2021.I made a request for a refund of my ticket from January 2021 for travel date February 10, 2021. I finally got an email from Copa on September 23,2021 stating that my refund was processed. I have contacted my bank on several occasions and the funds have yet to credited to my credit card. I have contact Copa via emails, requesting status update on their website and called and spoken to their representative yet I have not gotten same. This is unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated trying to have this issue resolved.
