Denied boarding
 

On Feb 04, 2022 my Two daughters were denied boarding on British Airways from Lagos Nigeria to Kingston Jamaica enroute London_Miami_Kingston. The passengers were denied boarding and the excuse was they will need Transit to connect their flight in London even though they will not be going through the border control. The passengers has all their necessary travel documents yet they were denied boarding.
The Booking was done by Fare Buzz Travel agency in US.
