FlyArystan Company Refused Money
 

I have Flight Drom FlyArystan Company. I have flight Ticket from İstanbul(SAW) - Turkistan International Airport (HSA) - Almaty in 23 June and Almaty- Turkistan International Airport (HSA) - Ankara in 4 July. I canceled return ticket which is "Almaty- Turkistan International Airport (HSA) - Ankara" . And they gave me refund tickey which has money about cancelation of payment. After that i want to change my first ticket and want to use this refund money. But the system doesn't let to do this. I talked the customer services , they didnt assist me too. So i couldnt get back my money? They have to let me to use this refund money to change my first ticket or they should give me back this money to my bank account.
