Cebu Pacific is a scammer
 

The Philippines "cheap fare" airline named Cebu Pacific is a scammer. They accept kiosk check-ins but they DO NOT provide quick baggage drop-off and make you fall in line to a long queue. By the time you get to check your bag it was already time for boarding. They made me pay USD 220.00 because they falsely accuse me for missing my flight. Miss my flight? I got a boarding pass and luggage sticker tags and they declare that I missed my flight?!

Caveat emptor! Beware of this scammer company.
