First class,no service
 

Booked first class, cross country, non stop, overnight flight. Asked AA prior to trip if sleep kits would be provided; the answer was ‘yes ‘. I did not pack a blanket.
There were no sleep kits, the flight attendant was unable to regulate the cabin temp., which was freezing. I froze the entire flight.
We were offered a drink and a bag of chips on take off. In the morning not even a glass of water was offered.
I paid a premium price for no service and a miserable flight. Lesson learned- book coach and pack a blanket.
