Cancelling my paid and confirmed Exit-aisle seat
 

Dear Sirs,

I will never travel with Qatar airways again.

Last September I have booked a trip from Beirut- Lebanon to Shanghai (Pudong) via Doha.

I have chose and paid for an Exit-aisle seat fro the section Doha - Shanghai, and I got the confirmation.

upon checking in in Beirut airport the check in clerk told me that my booked, paid for, and confirmed seat

was not available any more and I was given a normal seat.


And even worse, the Beirut office of Qatar airways never care to explain, or justify in spite of several calls.


In my 35 years of frequent travel with several airline, this was the first time it happen to me.


I will never fly Qatar airways again, nor recommend it to anybody I know.
