Refund
 

I booked my tickets with Singapore Airline thru Scholartrip.com back in Nov. I requested make some changes. Scholartrip asked me to call Singapore Airline service directly. I spoke to the agent in Dec 19, the agent helped me to book another reservation (5RA27Y) and asked me to pay $2976.60 first. I was being told will be credit back the refund $1555.40 from my original reservation (4MT5T4). Since now, I haven't receive my credit. Call the company many times and email them but no response.
