Cebu Pacific: Baggage lost for a month - no refund and contact
Horrible customer service Cebu Pacific! My luggage was lost for a month and I have been trying to get the refund + emergency fund they promised me I would get. I haven't been able to get in touch with the airline about the case since August last year. They have ignored my latest emails. The customer service during that time i was trying to get my stuff back was absolutely horrible as well, they kept telling me to wait for a phone call i would get within 48 hours, but i had to call them again each time because i didnt hear anything from them. I want the money I have the right to to get.
