Baggage Charge
 

I booked a return flight from YYZ to DEL. My flight on the way to DEL was fine. My wife and I were allowed one piece of baggage each. On way to DEL we had one extra bag (so 3 in total). As this was one over the allowed amount we paid the cost ($100). No issues as this was known.

On the way back, we were allowed our one piece of baggage each and had TWO extra bags. For the 2 extra bags we were charged $240 USD plus 5% fee = $700+ . We were told there was a $240 for the 3rd (or excess of 2 baggages). Air India has not yet replied via email. We were not able to get someone at Customer Service via phone call.
