Saudia Airline Baggage lost
 

I travelled on Saudia airline on 20/05/24 from Cairo to Kula Lumpur Via Jeddah, I found out in KUL on 21/05/24 that my big suitcase did not arrive. Since this day till todays 'date, whenever I contact Saudia airline on their number, the agent replies that the luggage department has no contact number, I have submitted multiple online forms to claim my expenses till they track my bag, the airline did not come back to me nor reply. I have got all my winter clothes, supplements, toiletries and skin care in the bag , I am worried about the compensation if the bag is never found .
