The flight, AC 824 from Toronto to Madrid on May 7th, delayed almost 5 hours. We missed our next flight. We spent extra $800 for new flight tickets and hotel. After we return, we filed a complaint and got : sorry, your next flight was a separate booking, we aren’t able to cover expenses that you may have incurred as a result of this delay.


OK, no more AC from now on for my whole family.
