Delayed Refund
 

Flights QR0629 (Lahore–Doha, 2 March) and QR0892 (Doha–Beijing, 3 March) with Qatar Airways were cancelled due to the Middle East airspace closure. I submitted a refund request on 1 March 2026, but after more than two weeks, there’s still no refund or clear update.

I’ve contacted TongCheng multiple times and only received vague responses and delays. I was even told not to follow up repeatedly, which is quite concerning.

I’ve also tried reaching Qatar Airways directly via online channels and email, but received no response.

This experience has been extremely frustrating — still waiting for a proper update and refund.
