all I can say at this point is the only way to improve is for AA to go out of business and let the other airlines out there rake all the benefits ( : aa can kiss my ass:mad:

ok, how did AA screw you. and i know AA isn't the best airline, but why would you want thousands to loose jobs?

Really if you going to make such statemants about so many going unemployed you should back it up.
