Canceled flight, missed connection, terminal changes (2x)
:evil: My wife & daughter had the following A/A experience in the last 12 hours:
1. Cancelled flight ("something plastic was sticking out" they said) 2. after United alternative flight...connecting flight left w/o them. 3. Forced to walk 3 blocks in -20 degree weather to a "motel" 4. Their next day flight(s) were cancelled and rescheduled. 5. Next morning (4 a.m.) forced to walk 3 blocks in -25degree weather 6. rescheduled flight delayed. 7. Finally reached Dallas...flight delayed (3minutes before takeoff.) 8. Flight changed to different terminal three terminals away. 9. Flight delayed 1 hour. I think they are in the air. Can anything more be done to these poor people? |

You should definitely write a letter to American Airlines about what your wife and daughter went through.
