Lost baggage
 

I flew to portugal from the UK at the beginning of October with my partner. When I arrived @ Faro airport my suitcase did not come off the carousel. I had no suitcase for the whole ten days, all I got was apathy both from Faro and Manchester International (England). I got my suitcase back four days after I returned. I have received no apology, no explanation as to where it was, nothing! My correspondence has been ignored. I had no advance notice that my suitcase was being delivered to my home. I am preparing to go to a higher authority as my holiday was ruined. I won't be travelling with thomson.fly again!!
