Air Canada is loosing it!!!!
 

Had my baggage missing for near a halh of the vacation trip to China (Nov 2008), completely new country, no cloths and other personal bellongings, difficulties with communication, privite "no reciets" markets on remote places (Islands), ruined schedules and many more... Filed a complant to Air Canada and... no response! I would not recommend people to travel with Air Canada, this airline is not reliable and completely is not responsible!

What airports did you fly out of, when the luggage went missing?

You can track which airlines are losing it fairly simply. Log on here or google complaints and the airline. AC seems to be a disaster, as does Delta and US Airways... best advice? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
