Rude Counter Service in Orlando

Tuesday, January 27, 2009 - Arrived at the SW counter to print my boarding pass, no bags to check. All the SW kiosks appeared not to be working except one not being used in front of Hanna. I began to use the machine and she told me to use the another one.... when I told her they weren't working, she talked over me to say she was helping someone else, and she was... but there was plenty of room for me to use the kiosk while she helped the customer. I persisted with the need for more information and she said to go "over there". I asked here where she meant because the long line of SW kiosks weren't working .... and she just got more rude. I returned the rudness by telling her she was rude. As it turned out there was another island not too far away where checkin could take place - but as a visitor, how would I know that? It was a distance away from the SW counter. Anyway, I finally got someone else to point me in the right direction, and I registered a complaint with April Pugh, a 6+ year employee, according to her LinkedIn profile. I'm so used to friendly and tactful service from SW that it threw me for a loop!
