Delayed again
 

I took a many-year break from flying Delta, as 1) Southwest goes to where I usually travel to, 2) Delta's staff has never been particularly friendly and helpful, and 3) I was always delayed. Southwest wasn't a bad choice, but for today's flight I chose Delta, as the travel time I wanted was more convenient. I can't comment on staff attitude, as I haven't taken off yet. But here I am again, stuck waiting.... I realize it's nationwide, not just Delta, but I question if they've ever taken off on time. Oh well, I'll get to my destination eventually, but in the future, back to Southwest...

PS: The Southwest flight I didn't take--thinking it was too late in the day--is on time, and I could have taken it in the first place. I guess there's a lesson in here.
