US Air Agent rude to daughter and self update
 

Just wanted to let everyone know that since I had registered my complaint; US Air gave in and gave me and my daughter a $50 voucher each towards our next flight . While it wasnt compensation for my hotel room; it was adequate and appreciated.

Frankly, $50 is not sufficient inducement to get me to fly US Airways¬

You consider a $50 voucher adequate? Well if you're happy with the end results. Personally i would have scoffed at the offer.

Hey all

I just figured that was the best I was going to get after days and days of emails going back and forth....If I can find a better deal with someone else, I will fly elsewhere...
