JetBlue Getaways deception
 

I booked a trip with JetBlue Getaways. When a change was requested the agent said the entire trip had to be rebooked. Once we arrived we discovered the rebooking involved over $1750 of deceptive changes to the original booking we knew nothing about. Over 6 hours of phone and hold time got me no satisfaction. The web site for sound off takes so long to get answers that JetBlue will likely be out of business before these deceptive practices are addressed by JetBlue corporate.:mad:
