A.A. Rude and Obnoxious

Briefly here are my complaints about this airline that I HATE to FLY but sometimes have to:

1. Last week I arrived to my destination WITHOUT my luggage and they had the audacity to charge me for my luggage anyway!:( They are greedy pigs. The next thing you know they will charge us for going to the bathroom!!

2. The reservations and online help staff are rude and obnoxious. We pay so that they can insult us. Many of the AA line staff have no patience! And does ANYONE speak English anymore?

3. At the Killeen airport an attendant named YOLANDA was screaming at a passenger at the service desk. When we heard the screams, at the same time, we all turned to look at this crazy employee. The passenger was humiliated as were the rest of us for having had to witness this crazy lunatic. Again we pay a hefty fees to get abused.

4. If AA pilots are not on time they are flying at F14 speeds!

P.S. Now that I found this site, I am e-mailing the link to all my friends.

Some comments on your posting.
Point 2. The issue with speaking English, is that we are allowing the spanish speakers to do this to us. When my Grandfather came from Austria, he was proud to learn English and could not vote till he could in English. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are written in English.
Point 4. How do you know they are flying fast...and wouldnt that be to everyone's advantage to make up time? I know when I am making a connection I would appericate them trying to get us there as close to schedule as possible.

In reply to your statement Number (4) I fly a lot and I can tell the difference and when I made the comment to the passenger, he said I was correct, he was a pilot!

What on earth has the speed got to do with you? Were you discomforted by it? If so, how? The pilots will only go to speeds that are well within the limitations of the airplane itself. If the guy sitting next to you was genuinely a pilot (and I am afraid I doubt it, based on his inane observation), he was certainly not a commercial airline pilot. I was with you on your complaints until you got to this one.. IT'S RIDICULOUS

If this guy has exaggerated on #4...how can I believe the rest of his complaint? Plus...why is this complaint listed more than once?

This was not an exageration. Did you not read where I wrote that a pilot was sitting next to me and said I was correct, that they were going to fast. It was not for a long period of time, but long enough to take notice. And who cares if you believe it or not. Do you not see these hundreds of complaints about AA?

I've seen many many complaints about AA. What does that have to do with the pilot drag racing the space shuttle? Sheesh.
