Suggestion
Say? Aren't you that airline? That Airline that bought Value Jet? The one that thought a swamp was a run way?
It shows. Unfortunately it still shows. Your planes interior and exterior look like Mexican Govt A+P certified mechanics take care of your planes. They just look nasty. Suggestion. Leave the transportation business and never look back. |
Airtran bought Value Jet after the Everglades crash

The oldest plane in the fleet is less than 10 years old. I don't think the interiors are that ratty.

plane repairs
My recent flight with Air Tran had a least two broken seats which were covered with duct tape. This is the first time I have seen this. usually, the planes are clean and seem to be maintained. My big issue with Air Tran is their company policy of overbooking 3-6 seats and involuntarily bumping people causing some travelers big headaches. Their customer relations staff is pleasant but not helpful.

I truly believe Airtran can't improve! It is the worst airline ever!!!
