KLM - ground staff Aberdeen
 

I had the misfortune to be dealt wiht om flight KL1455 to Lisbon by a rude officious woman by the name of Nicola Florence. I have complained several times to KLM ground staff and penned a letter, to no avail.
I think customers arnt anyone special these days to people like her, and we have no say in the matter! I wonder if the boss will say to her "please treat customers with respect" I doubt it....

Aren't they contract ground staff there?

The reality is that no airline manager will deal with any of their staff regarding behavioural issues, irregardless of the number of complaints they receive. They simply don't want to deal with it.
