AA ruined my time with my fiance
She showed up at an airport in TX at 6am for a flight at 7:10am. Her flight was the only flight that was cancelled and they could not book her on anything until 5:35pm. Since then that flight has been delayed to 6:15pm and the flight to her final destination (where im located) is at 2:25am. Also, they posted on their website about her first flight being delayed (I was tracking her flight info online) and they didnt announce anything to anyone or even post it on the board about the delayed flight until she confronted them about it. Crappy airline, crappy service.
She only had a small amount of time to spend with me and they have completely ruined it. Her nor I will ever fly american airlines again. Especially american airlines that are in Texas. I understand that there can be airplane issues... Thats why you shouldnt book at least five seats every flight incase thats the issue. Once again, we will never fly american airlines again after this incident. |
american doesn't cancel flights just to cancel. there had to have been more to the story. maybe your destination had wx, maybe the aircraft broke, maybe it could have been many things. yes, they should have kept her informed. yet the failed to do that. and yes, when you travel during this time of the year, you should have been better prepared. with planes fuller than ever, this was bound to happen. now, i'm not trying to pick on you but i do know one thing for sure, any airline will not risk the lives of passengers and to themselves. with that said, what was the reason of the cancellation?
