Lost items

I did not have two DVD's in my luggage when I arrived in Michigan on Dec. 21 st. What can be done about this? They were for my grandchildrens Christmas. Sincerely, Linda Rusche (Grand Prairie, Texas 75052

if they were in your checked bags, you need to file a complaint with the TSA. go to tsa.gov and at the top click on contact us. hope this helps a little.
