you know my favorite airlines are United Airlines, Southwest, and Virgin Atlantic.
1. United
Has quite a descent mileage program. They have a really good international business class. And really good deals to go to India (partnered with Lufthansa, which is a good airline too.) There Economy plus seats are good.
2. Southwest
Affordable, Reliable, and has a good rewards program.
2. Virgin Atlantic.
There Economy class is good.
There first class is bad @@@!
Good airline.

What's your top 3 favorite airline?

1) singapore airlines- best service, happy staff, great enviroment, clean, incedible food, always one step above the others in every catagory and they are "an airline for the people" in my words, always have had the best experience flying with them, and it gets better everytime, n i fly with them frequently

2) virgin atlantic-good entertainment, friendly staff, helpful and coutious, mainly good experiences

3) qantas- never had an problems with them, comfortable, lively atmosphere, the staff are enjoyable to talk to, and they are a good airline to fly with

What do you all think about United?

united is down there, but maybe the best US based airline, but there are others that are much better than United, it seems that half the time the planes interior is fallen apart such as broken seats, and the tvs work periodically

My favorite, Alaska Airlines. Lot of it is convenience, but the best part is the service I've received.

1. Southwest
2. Frontier/Midwest Air (both owned by Republic Air)
3. Virgin America

WORST--Domestic:

1. Spirit Air
2. US Airways
3. American Air

BEST--Foreign:

Lufthansa

You've flown on Spirit and had nothing to post about here? I'm shocked!

I haven't flown Virgin America yet but want to. Is it all hype or do they really differentiate themselves service-wise?
