Why do people feel the need to post a single complaint in multiple threads? We get it. We heard you the first time. Do you feel that posting the same thing multiple times increases your credibility? Guess what...it doesnt!

My appologies for making a mistake. It was my first visit here and I thought the topic was relevant to two categories. I was trying to both lodge a complaint and respond to a request for feedback on how to AA could improve. I was not aware that doing this was inappropriate.

I would suggest to you that being snarky is not the best way to express yourself nor does it increase either your effectiveness or credibility.

It's the SAME link to the SAME blog. You are obviously a blogger so I'm not buying the "first visit" excuse. Nice try.

As for the "snarky"-ness it's called a sense of humor. I suggest you try to get one for yourself.
