Airtran Flight 106 from Atlanta to Dallas,Tx 7/23/09

The Flight attendance from Airtran fligt 106 july 23,09 tock my hand bags from my hands and send it to the ground, because is was full inside the plane,we said Our camera with the lent is inside and he said,"we take care of it" went we seat is was emty, alot of space . In Dallas went we open the bags all my nikon d90 with the lents was broke and now the don't want to pay for it. Now notbudy is abeable to responce and pay for my equipment they send me to diferent ansering machine :mad:

Unfortunately camera equipment is not covered per the contract of carriage. This is pretty standard amongst all airline. The only thing they could have done was to take it out of the bag and send the bag down, keeping the camera and lens with them on board.

Yes, But They Didn't Let Me To Take The Camera Out With Me Because They Were Late. If I Would Have Created A Show I Could Get Arrested. Is Not Like I Had A Choice
