American Airlines #4310
July 30, 2010 out of Charlotte, NC ... cancelled/ postponed 4 times because they didn't have a crew. Did they not think they'd need one when they sold tickets? I'm only half kidding ... every bad airline experience I've ever had involved American Airlines. Maybe I'll remember this one and never book another flight with them again. By the way, their Charlotte ticket counter closes at 6:30 pm even though passengers are having problems at 9 pm. Beware. :mad:
