United Airlines Sucks.

What, if anything, can be done about United's poor customer service? Any suggestions?

Write to their customer service department, or don't fly United.

Yea! Write bto the UA customer service department

Ansd you will be ignoed just you are at the airport. But you will save gas and not hav to waste the time driving. I don't think anyone has ever gotton anything but a canned responce from them.
