US Airways: Lost Baggage in Phoenix 3 times in 4 weeks.
I have been flying US Airways about 12 weeks (weekly). They have lost my bag 4 times since I begin flying with them and 3 times since Jan. 7, 2008. Twice, everything in the suitcase was soaking wet (including suede vest, boots, suites, etc). To make this even more frustrating, there is no one to complain to. I have tried all the numbers I have been given by the airline, but there is not a single person to talk to. If I get a recording, it states that I am to fill out my claim in the website (I did) and then the message ends.
As a consultant, I have been flying almost weekly for 15 years. In all those years (and over 500,000 miles) my luggage has been only lost twice, by 2 different airlines. I only started flying US Airways 12 weeks ago (20,000 miles) and they have lost my bags four times!!!!! What a nightmare. |
Of course you didnt get to talk to anyone. Its US Airways. I will let you know what happened to me after I sent them daily complaint messages. After being presistent on the internet, waiting over one hour, or other smaller times on the phone, (only for the line to disconnect) for over a month, I got a 15% off my next flight coupon. I sent that coupon back to the CEO in Tempe, AZ and wrote kiss my ass on it.

I just had a similar problem. I finally got them to give me a real person. Call their corporate headquarters at 480.693.0800. A real person will answer. Tell them that you have a complaint and need to speak with someone live. She will transfer you and press 3. Someone real actually answers. Good luck!
