Cartagena Airport Supervisor No Way
 

I made a phone call asking whether is possible to anticipate my flight one day they answered: you go to the airport and the penalty would be $25 dollars, I made a long queue in the airport after discussed the issue with the Spirit supervisor ( land supervisor yes the greatest fat woman there in Cartagena ) once arrive to the counter they charged to me $ 505 USA dollars in a very grotesc manner .
My experience with Spirit Staff in Cartagena was Brutal – horrible they have not any polite way to treat the customers and She -yes the supervisor is acting like an animal !!

Spirit does standby flights, but obviously there's a fee. It also looks like you are prejudicial against fat people! DISGRACEFUL!
