I bought 2 airline tickets on line at volaris.com.mx, I got my confirmation number H9NQKQ and out of the blue this airline decided to change flights without notice resulting on a big conflict on my schedules and loss of money, when I tryed to talk to a supervisor they just ignored me and Eleazar who is a "supervisor" from a call center told my we don´t give a care about you. This airline conpany is own by the richest and most corrupt guy in the world Carlos Slim, KEEP AWAY FROM IT because no one will defend your rights.
