The Airplane
 

We sat in the back row on a 6 hour flight from San Francisco to Miami and the airplane smelled of urine.

American Eagle flight from Miami to Nassau (45 minutes) the bathrooms were out of order. 5 days later on the return flight, the bathrooms were still out of order.

On the return flight from Miami to San Francisco, the following problems occurred:

1. The guy in front of me had a spring sticking out of the seat
2. There was gum underneath the armrest
3. Airplane smelled bad

Amazing, how does American Airlines stay in business? They should be extremely embarrassed, at a minimum. I look forward when Jet Blue and Virgin America takes over their routes so that we don't have to fly with them.

PS: The flight attendants have a horrible attitude, like we should be appreciative that we are allowed to fly on their smelly airplanes.
