Improvements

1. Upgrade your airplanes with new seats
2. Add inflight seat entertainment
3. Clean your airplanes
4. Tell your flight attendants to lose the attitude. You should be appreciative of our business, not vice versa
5. Stop telling customers that you cannot close the door until everyone is seated. How about taking some responsibility here and begin the boarding process a bit earlier?
6. Allow families with children to board first
7. Clean the bathrooms
8. Add more bathrooms

1. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ (which is what most the airlines dont have)
2. (same as #1) but that would be nice i have to agree
3. agree, some could be more clean, but most airlines i've noticed have 30min ground times, not a whole lot of time, especially when passengers dont want to be delayed, i would rather be early with a somewhat dirty plane, than late with a extremly clean plane
4. some are rude, but some arent (tell me you wouldnt be a tad crabby after working 18 hours straight with delays and upset passengers yelling at you for something that is not your fault
5. even boarding earlier, you cant close the door till everyone is seated
6. dont they already do that? (i dont think a 12 year old qualifies as a child)
7. 100% agree, however, why would i want to clean the pee up from the passenger who used it before me
8. where??

I agree with corbel on all points, especially with the flight attendents. They are not bad people, actually some are actually quite nice. Most give attitude because they work long hours tending to our every need. Even though they don't take tips, i give em a gift once in awhile. A couple bottles of wine doesn't hurt and it shows you appreciate what they do.
