hours and hours of frustration
booking a flilght online using frequent flyer miles with Continental requires hours and hours of time plus an inordinate amount of patience. When we experienced problems completing the transaction, we went out to the airport, waited in line for 20+ minutes and then the agent blew us off. When you call tech support or the FF line, you are on hold forever.
I have over 8 hours tied up in booking this reservation. The irony is: Continental keeps sending my husband applications for its credit card. As if we would even consider getting the card after all of the poor service. |
