volaris worst airline!!!
 

We bought 7 tickets due to a family death. We made a mistake on 1 ticket that was suppose to be a one way for my 82 year old grandmother, but we bought a round trip instead. The airline would not change it and kept giving us the run around! When I bought the ticket just hours before...No understand or sympathy. We kept talking to the same person with no resolve they wound not let us talk to a manager. They simply told us that we would have to deal with it.. On top of that they selected the wrong return date...that was another $1000 to change and a loss of one way ticket...Worst company and I hope everybody stays far far away. With a death in the family and dealing with this I would not recommend anybody using this!:mad:
