United 5995 Bismarck ND to Chicago
 

I quit United Airlines about ten years ago but forgot why, now I remember, their service is terrible. Bad enough one has to pay $25.00 for a bag, but on arrival at Ohare, I had to wait one hour before my bag and the other unhappy souls were able to retrieve the bags. This was after arriving at the far end of terminal two and having to walk for a half hour to baggage claim in terminal one, claim section 11. Three United employees were nearby; one was on the phone on personal business, the other two were wondering around, when asked about our bags, the answer was always the same, ten more minutes. It was obvious to me that United and their baggage service staff are useless.
