Rude flight attendents

For the last two years I have flown Southwest about 60 times. On every flight the attendants are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. I want to make a complaint because I want to help Southwest maintain its excellent service

On Feb. 20, 2011 flight 2564 from Kansas City to Los Angeles I experienced extreme rudeness by two flight attendants on that flight. A man and woman. After one hour into the flight the flight was smooth with no turbulence, a man sitting near me was rudely told he was not allowed to get up to the bathroom simply because the seat belt sign was on. It is typical for the pilot to leave the light on the whole flight.

Just before landing I put my seat back up. The male attendant rudely told me my seat was not up and it was and argued with me when I tried to show him the seat was up.

These two attendants were rude to everybody in my area. The passengers remarked that these two attendants were rude on other flights they have been on.

During landing those two were also laughing and talking loudly with each other

I love Southwest, but customers need to be put first and they need to hire good people. The rude people should find somewhere else to work.

Thank you Southwest, you are number 1
